To process orders, communicate order updates (via WhatsApp/email), calculate delivery fees, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Since payment is by EWallet, cash, or EFT, we do not store card details.
Limited order details (items, delivery address) are shared with the shopper/driver fulfilling your order, and where relevant, the partner store.
