LetsShop NA (Pty) Ltd — Terms of Service
By using the LetsShop NA app, you agree to the following:
- The service — LetsShop NA facilitates the shopping and delivery of goods from partner retail stores on your behalf. We are an intermediary, not the retailer of the goods themselves.
- Accounts — You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Ordering & pricing — Prices shown reflect in-store prices at the time of listing plus our service charge; they may change without notice due to store price changes.
- Payment — Payment is accepted via EWallet transfer, cash on delivery, or EFT only. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or arranged.
- Delivery — Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to store availability, traffic, or weather.
- Substitutions — Where an item is unavailable, we will contact you before substituting or refunding.
- Liability — LetsShop NA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays or substitutions, beyond the value of the affected item(s).
- Referrals — Referral rewards are subject to fair use and may be withdrawn in cases of abuse.
- Changes — We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
- Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
